Espolvorea algunas hierbas de Provenza sobre el pollo y col\u00f3calas en la cesta de la freidora de aire. Mete la canasta en la freidora de aire y d\u00e9jalos cocinar por 50 minutos a 400 oF. Voltea las piezas de pollo en el minuto 25 y deja que la freidora de aire haga su magia hasta que el tiempo alcance los 50 minutos. \u00a1S\u00e1calo de la freidora, s\u00edrvelo con tu acompa\u00f1ante favorito y disfr\u00fatalo! \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fried Chicken No Oil Needed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1.5 pounds chicken thighs (I like them without the skin, but you can use either one)<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n2 tsp onion powder<br \/>\n2 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\nHerbs of Provence dried mix (as much or as little as you would like)<\/p>\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n<p>Mix the salt, onion powder, and garlic powder and cover all sides of the chicken thighs with that mix. Sprinkle some herbs of Provence on top of the chicken tights and place them in the air fryer basket. Put the basket in the air fryer and let them cook for 50 minutes at 400 oF. Flip the chicken tights on minute 25, and let the air fryer do his magic until the time has reached 50 minutes.
