Colocar la yuca en un envase que se pueda llevar al microondas. Agregar un chorrito de agua y llevar al microondas por un minuto. Una vez caliente, sacarla del microondas y aplastarla con un tenedor hasta obtener una masa (si ven que est\u00e1 muy l\u00edquida esa masa pueden agregar harina de ma\u00edz pre cocido &#8211; harina pan.) Hacer formas de arepitas con la masa y llevarlas a la plancha ya caliente para cocinarlas hasta que sean doraditas por ambos lados. Luego que est\u00e1n listas las abren y las rellenan con lo que m\u00e1s les guste. Y como dice la peque\u00f1ita de esta casa: Y ya!!!! \ud83d\ude0d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 Cassava Arepitas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n250 grams of cassava previously parboiled<br \/>\nA splash of water \ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02<br \/>\nsalt to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><br \/>\nRemove the vein from the cassava first of all. Place the cassava in a container that can be microwaved. Add a splash of water and microwave for a minute. Once hot, take it out of the microwave and crush it with a fork until you get a dough (if you see that the dough is very runny, you can add pre-cooked cornmeal.) Make arepitas shapes with the dough and take them to the grill. Heat to cook until golden brown on both sides. After they are ready, you can open them and fill them with whatever you like best.
