Con una cuchara retira un poco de calabac\u00edn del interior, para as\u00ed ganar espacio para rellenarlo (reserva los trozos de calabac\u00edn que retiras para m\u00e1s adelante). Roc\u00eda un poco de aceite de aguacate sobre las dos mitades de calabac\u00edn y espolvorea un poco de sal. Coloca las dos mitades de calabac\u00edn sobre una parrilla caliente y deja cocinar por 3 minutos, volt\u00e9alas y cocina el otro lado por 3 minutos m\u00e1s. Retira el calabac\u00edn de la parrilla y ponlo en un plato.<br \/>\nCorta la pechuga de pollo en cuadritos y m\u00e9zclala con los trozos de calabac\u00edn reservados. Sazona esa mezcla con tu condimento preferido. Coloca la mezcla de pollo en una sart\u00e9n caliente y d\u00e9jala cocinar hasta que est\u00e9 dorada y crujiente. Una vez que el pollo est\u00e9 listo, agr\u00e9galo encima de las mitades de calabac\u00edn y c\u00fabrelo con queso feta, patatas chips trituradas y mostaza. \u00a1T\u00f3mate tu tiempo para comer y disfrutar de este!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 Chicken Pepito Light<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 small zucchini<br \/>\n1\/2 chicken breast<br \/>\n1\/4 small avocado<br \/>\n1 tablespoon feta cheese<br \/>\n1 tablespoon potato crushed chips<br \/>\nSalt, Pepper and mustard to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><br \/>\nCut the ends of the zucchine and then cut in half lengthways. Using a spoon, remove some of the zucchine from the inside, so it gains space to get stuffed (reserve the zucchini pieces you remove for later). Spray some avocado oil o top of the two zucchini halves and sprinkle some salt. Place the two zucchini halves over a hot grill and let it cook for 3 minutes, flip them and cook the other side for 3 more minutes. Remove the zucchini from the grill and put it on a plate.<br \/>\nCut the chicken breast in small squares and mix it with the reserved pieces of zucchini. Season that mix with your preferred seasoner. Place the chicken mix in a hot pan and let it cook until it is brown and crispy. Once the chicken is ready, add it on top of the zucchini halves and top it with feta cheese, crushed potato chips and mustard.
