Cuando la almendra y el coco est\u00e9n bien mezclados, det\u00e9n el procesador de alimentos y agrega el jarabe de arce, la prote\u00edna en polvo y el aceite de coco. Mezclalo todo muy bien a velocidad alta. Retira esta mezcla del procesador de alimentos y col\u00f3cala en un recipiente donde puedas tomar porciones peque\u00f1as para hacer bolitas y col\u00f3calas en una bandeja para hornear cubierta con papel de hornear. Lleva la bandeja para hornear con las bolitas encima al congelador y d\u00e9jala all\u00ed durante 30 minutos.<br \/>\nAntes de sacar las bolitas del congelador, agrega las chispas de chocolate a un recipiente apto para microondas y ll\u00e9valo al microondas por 45 segundos (o hasta que se derrita). Saca las bolitas de coco del congelador y cubre cada una de ellas con el chocolate oscuro derretido. M\u00e9telos nuevamente en el congelador y 20 minutos despu\u00e9s estar\u00e1n listos para que los devores \ud83d\ude02<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 Almond Coconut Bites<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cup roasted almonds (or cashews &#8211; I like this recipe better with cashew, but this is my personal opinion)<br \/>\n1.5 cups shredded unsweetened coconut<br \/>\n1 tablespoon maple syrup<br \/>\n1\/2 scoop vanilla protein powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon coconut oil<br \/>\n4 tablespoons dark chocolate chips<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a food processor, add the almonds (or cashews) and the coconut and mix them very well in high speed. When the almond and coconut are well mixed, stop the food processor and add the maple syrup, protein powder, and coconut oil. Mix them all very well in high speed. Remove this mix from the food processor, and place it in a container where you can grab small portions to make little balls, and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Take the baking sheet with the balls on top to the freezer and leave it there for 30 minutes.<br \/>\nBefore taking the coconut balls from the freezer, add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe container and take it to the microwave for 45 seconds (or until melted.) Take the coconut balls out of the freeze and cover each one of them with the melted dark chocolate.
